KILLER WEEKEND GET THE BOOZE AND THE POPCORN & PARTY ON DVD AUG 10TH

All is not well with Linda and Mason's marriage. Mason is a control freak and more than a little obsessed with weapons and martial arts. Linda wants out and Mason's business is in trouble, and he is not about to lose his business and his wife at the same time. When Linda invites her sisters to come for the weekend it's with the expectation that Mason will be out of town. The sisters invite some friends to enjoy a fun weekend at Mason's Malibu mansion... But Mason has no intention of leaving, nor does he have any intention of allowing anyone else to leave, ever. The result is "A Killer Weekend"!
This is a pretty slow paced movie but has enough laughs to keep you intrested, movie starts off with masons (Eric Roberts) wife trying to talk the family psychiatrist to do something about her husband cause hes a psycho. Mason, goes on to strangle his gardner for killing a flower before killing his wife, not knowing her sister is dead masons wifes sister and freinds all show up to party at Masons beach house in malibu, one by one Mason kills them off , and throughout the film the gardner keeps popping up holding on for dear life, it was ridiculous stuff like this that kept me laughing throughout the movie. The first few kills sucked until we get to a scene where Eric roberts (Mason) shows off his guillotine to an unsuspecting lover who gets decapitated during sex, then another where a guy is skewerd buy a sword then his girlfreinds neck is dragged across the blade, the ending was pretty abrubt and i wont spoil it but were probably in for a Killer weekend 2 folks im almost sure of it,This is a funny movie just for the fact its the last thing with Eric roberts to come out before he does celebrity rehab folks this is destined to be a hit? Id say for slasher fans this is a must see, and a decent slasher but its definitly a party movie not to be taken to seriously, so get the popcorn and beer and have a killer time.
